2xTaq-AS PCR Mix (+Dye)

• Description:

  The 2xTaq-AS PCR Mix (+Dye) includes Taq-AS DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs, and loading dye among other components. Taq-AS (Advanced Strong) DNA Polymerase is a screened variant capable of efficiently amplifying DNA fragments up to 5 kb. It exhibits excellent inhibitor tolerance and has a threefold faster amplification speed compared to regular Taq DNA polymerase. The PCR products do not require the addition of a loading buffer and can be directly loaded for gel electrophoresis. During the electrophoresis process, two indicator bands, one purple and one yellow, will appear.
